Gigi is one of many celebrities to have her iCloud account targeted by hackers in recent months. The leaks in 2014 were christened “The Fappening” and nude images of dozens of Hollywood stars, including Oscar-winner Jennifer Lawrence, model Kate Upton, Cara Delevingne, Tobie Percival, Sarah Shahi and “The Big Bang Theory” star Kaley Cuoco were leaked online over the course of several weeks. Gigi Hadid who is famous for her Victoria’s Secret campaign was allegedly blackmailed by hackers who claimed they had access to her personal and private photos. According to the Hollywood tracking website, TMZ,, Gigi refused to give in to the blackmailers demand and thus her nude photos and videos may soon find its way onto the web. “We’re told Gigi has not and will not pay,” TMZ reports. “She’s contacted law enforcement and also hired a private security company to find the culprits.” According to the site, the model wants the hackers to be “prosecuted.” Gigi has publicly not commented on the either the leaks or the blackmailing attempt. The model last tweeted Sunday night about her appearance at the 2015 American Music Awards in Los Angeles. She shared a GIF of her walking onstage with friend and “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kylie Jenner to present one of the show’s many honors.
